This isolation mechanism complies with the technical requirements of GB1984 for high-voltage AC circuit breakers. Can be adapted 12T -/630T-20 series products. The mechanism has a reclosing function and its volume (size) Small. Rated voltage: DC220V, 110V, 48V, 24V, mechanism output angle: Approximately 88 °, mechanical lifespan: 10000 cycles

Operating Specifications

Install and fix the mechanism on the body, use a dedicated operating handle, insert it into the upper part of the mechanism (closing operation shaft), turn it clockwise about 90 °, and the body will close the main circuit under the action of the mechanism spring force, or electrically operate the closing button to power on the motor and drive the mechanism to complete the opening and closing operation. Insert the operating handle into the upper part of the mechanism (closing operation shaft), rotate counterclockwise by about 90 °, and the main circuit will open under the action of the mechanism spring force. Alternatively, the electric operation can press the disconnect button to activate the motor and drive the mechanism to complete the switch disconnection operation. Insert the operating handle into the lower part of the mechanism (grounding operation shaft), rotate it clockwise by about 90 °, and the grounding circuit of the body is closed under the action of the mechanism spring force. Insert the operating handle into the lower part of the mechanism (grounding operation shaft), rotate counterclockwise by about 90 °, and the grounding circuit of the body is opened under the action of the mechanism spring force.
